The Lili-Chan Playstation 3 Theme Builder has now reached Version 3, marking the milestone with some handy new features.

As well as ongoing VAG audio developments, Version 3 now sports an open icon structure allowing users to easily add new icons with Sony firmware releases, as well the ability to open and extract P3T theme files directly in the application.
